AED-MRL
- AED-MRL, which is known as a monorail system, is a type of BMU system that can be either used for outdoor or indoor maintenance.
- Different from the conventional BMU system, monorail system moves along a monorail track, follows the structure of the building, and as a result, provides the maintenance of areas that are difficult to get to.
- The monorail track can be installed in various areas such as the roof or the façade according to the need of the building.
- The rails of the system can be manufactured with either special aluminum or steel. Steel rails are covered with hot-dip galvanized to prevent corrosion.
- The monorail system includes a trolley which enables the cradle to move horizontally along the monorail track.
- Trolleys can be operated with electrical motors or manually.
- With the help of hoists on the cradle, the cradle moves vertically on the façade.
- The lifting capacity of the hoists is designed according to the needs of the customer.
- The cradle consists of control panels, hoist, rope drum, and safety equipment.
- According to the needs of the customer, single or double placed cradle can be placed into the system.
- GRU can be situated into the system if it is necessary.
AED-MRL

- Monoray sistemi, konvansiyonel BMU sisteminden farklı olarak monoray hattı boyunca hareket eder ve ulaşılması zor alanların bakımını sağlar.
- Binanın ihtiyacına göre çatı, cephe gibi çeşitli alanlara monoray hattı döşenebilir.
- Bu raylar özel alüminyum veya çeliklerden imal edilmektedir. Çelik raylar korozyona karşı sıcak daldırma galvaniz ile kaplanmaktadır.
- Monoray sistemi, platformun monoray hattı boyunca yatay olarak hareket etmesini sağlayan şaryo içerir.
- Şaryolar elektrikli motorlarla ile veya manuel olarak çalıştırılabilir.
- Platformun üzerinde bulunan kaldırma mekanizmaları yardımı ile platform cephede düşey olarak hareket eder.
- Kaldırma mekanizmalarının kapasiteleri müşteri ihtiyaçlarına göre dizayn edilmektedir.
- Platformda kaldırma mekanizması, kontrol paneli, halat tamburu ve güvenlik ekipmanları bulunur.
- Müşterinin ihtiyacına göre sisteme tek kişilik veya çift kişilik platform konulabilir.
- İhtiyaç dahilinde yardımcı cam vinci (GRU) sisteme eklenebilir.
